Common Inquiries
I know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, I’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
How long will my pet need to stay?
Baths and Tidies are typically anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3
depending on size ,coat condition and behavior.
Full-service grooms are 2-4 hours

During the summer months: Brachycephalic breeds or puppies, and senior pets will be booked and serviced express spa
Why wont you shave my double coated dog?
These breeds are not meant to be trimmed. This can cause damage to the hair. If your pet is shedding the best solution is a de-shedding service. We will encourage all dead hair out by treating your pet to a de-shedding bath and blowout. We will brush and comb your pet head to toe. The hair cycle is every 21 days, with most breeds.
We will show you the right tools at home to combat shed together.

Intro to grooming?
We require all new pets getting haircuts to come in for an intro first, for one hour.
In this consulting visit we can meet and discuss you and your pets needs.
Explain our service options, create a schedule and estimate tailored to your pet's needs.

This one hour appointment includes a bathless mini groom: nail clipping, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, ear cleaning, bang trim and light brushing.
We let them explore all of our tool's equipment and environment and their favorite part, treats!
This helps us create a trusting environment, so they are not afraid or stressed by the grooming process.
